Lucy Anne, the owner and sole baker of Fat Bird Bakery, grew up in England living between the countryside of Bath and the food lovers city of Bristol. After traveling to the states at every chance she got, she flew over to America one last time with all of her belongings and never looked back. She's lived all over, from California to Kentucky but Texas has always been her American home. Lucy briefly attended The French Pastry School in Chicago and carried on her learning from there. She specializes in blondies, cookie cakes, pop-tarts and more, usually with a British twist.
Lucy resides in Corpus Christi with her popcorn obsessed daughter and her two tubby cats. You can keep an eye out for her at local farmer's markets and pop-ups.
